Synventus Welcomes New Minority Owner

Synventus is happy to welcome Mike Dobrzanski to the company. Mike’s entry to the company came after a successful round of friendly negotiations, granting him a strong position in the company in exchange for a substantial capital investment. This investment gives Synventus the operating budget needed to pursue an expanded portfolio of projects.
