Joel Usher is an experienced and well developed leader in the field of military intelligence.  Not satisfied to limit himself to this one occupation, he began developing a list of projects, goals, and dreams.  These dreams are the fuel for his ambition.

Synventus was founded in 2011. As Joel’s list grew, so did the need for a structured framework in which to develop it.  Synventus was incorporated to provide that structure, and provide a corporate umbrella for organic projects and joint ventures.
